1) Returns for physical merchandise (books)
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect with photos. You can send the item you consider defective to 1140 Picaacho Drive, La Habra Heights, CA 90631. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement and we will send you a replacement of the same item.
2) Returns for digital products
We do not accept returns for digital products such as pdf copies of books, interactive games, access to pre-recorded videos etc. If there is a problem receiving these products after purchase, please contact email@example.com
3) Returns for music lessons
There are no returns, refunds or make-ups for lessons missed or cancelled. All purchases for music lessons are final so as to respect the instructor's time. Please make sure you are available for the date and time you reserve for the music lessons. Please put a reminder on your calendar. Rescheduling of lessons can be made up to 24 hours in advance.
4) Returns for Customizable Totes, T-shirts, and Journals
Whether or not there is a personalized name on the item, these items are considered as customized items. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for totes, T-shirts and journals, for exchanging colors or styles, misspelling of the name on the order, indicating or ordering incorrect sizes or change of preferences.
When sending a defective item back to us, we do not provide shipping. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during the shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amount refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
